Acquest Development will bring a proposal for a $40 million development at 2190 Wehrle Drive before the Amherst Planning Board. Business First reports the site would include a three-story Class A office building; a garage/maintenance building; and a two-story parking ramp with direct access into the office building. Pending that approval, Acquest would begin construction by April and have the building tenant-ready by spring 2023.
