It appears Amazon has found a spot for its regional distribution center and warehouse after being rejected by Grand Island. According to Business First, Amazon has begun gathering the necessary permits for a site on Lockport Road in the town of Niagara. It's just beyond Niagara Falls International Airport and the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station. Should approvals be granted, construction would begin this summer and open by mid-2024.
