A grand opening date for the Downtown Bazaar has been set for this Friday. Business First reports it will be at 617 Main Street inside the former Expo Market. The bazaar will include international food vendors offering Hispanic, Filipino, South Sudanese and Ethiopian cuisine.
Using retail space within a YWCA of the Niagara Frontier property at 49 Tremont in North Tonawanda, Sweet Ems Cake Boutique plans a May opening. Business First notes Puerto Rico native Emily Pecoraro is bringing her home-based business to the site, which provides housing for domestic violence survivors.
The building that houses the law offices of Pritchard and Kennedy has been sold for a reported $300,000. According to Business First, 1990 Whitehaven Road LLC paid for the property at that location on Grand Island.
