Canisius College would like to tear down a three-story parking ramp at the corner of East Delavan and Jefferson Avenues. According to Business First, the $4 million project would be paid for by selling two vacant buildings on campus to Kulback's Construction Inc. Canisius would then build a surface lot on the old ramp footprint. The plan will be reviewed by the Buffalo Planning Board at this afternoon's meeting.
