Don't want to pay an annoying surcharge just to take out some cash at an ATM? M&T customers won't have to worry as much about that anymore, as the Buffalo based bank and Delta Sonic have agreed to a deal that will see 20 M&T ATM machines added to various Delta Sonic branches across Western and Central New York. The new machines expands the network of over 12 hundred M&T ATMs across the Northeast.
Western New York Immediate Care will be moving five locations in early 2022, consolidating the locations into 4 different plazas. The locations being moved include two in Amherst on Niagara Falls Boulevard, and one each in Orchard Park, Buffalo and Depew/Lancaster.
November was a slightly less productive month for high-end real estate transactions, with 358 total compared to 401 in October. Of those 358 in November, only 19 were of more than $1 million. High end real estate transactions are defined as anything valued at $300,000 or more.
