Properties owned by Mark Croce's estate now for sale

The estate of Mark Croce is now listing three downtown properties for sale. Business First reports there is a $1.3 million asking price for the Saturn Building at 505 Pearl Street. A mixed-use building at 333 Franklin Street is being offered for $725,000. The former St. Paul's & St. Mark's United Church of Christ at 187 Niagara Street has a sale price listed at $675,000. The sales are being handled by attorney Robert Knoer.

Picone Construction has completed interior renovations for the Elba Central School District.  The work included paving, roof reconstruction, window replacement, HVAC, plumbing fixture replacement and upgrades to finishes.
