Gold Wynn Asset Management LLC plans to build 48 apartments in the Athletic Club Building on Delaware Avenue in downtown Buffalo. According to Business First, demand could lead to another 25 apartments inside. The work is slated to begin early next year.
Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and Parkview Health Services have opened a new outpatient pharmacy on the medical center's downtown campus. Parkview Rx Niagara Falls is on the first floor of Memorial.
Susan Grigg has been named CEO of an 18-facility healthcare enterprise. Those nursing care groups are part of the McGuire Group, VestraCare and RCA Healthcare Management/Absolut Care. Grigg had served as COO of the same since 2020.
