Perry's Ice Cream Company, Inc is investing $18 million in a 20,000 square foot expansion and the purchase of a state-of-the-art extruded stick bar line from Tetra Pak of Denmark. The company says the new line will be capable of manufacturing stick novelty varieties including ice cream, yogurt, sorbet, non-dairy and more.
Asking price for the former Schoellkopf family home at 1180 Amherst Street is $2.5 million. According to Business First, that is the second highest asking price for a Buffalo private residence since a house at 64 Meadow Road listed and sold for $2.7 million in 2020.
Business First also noting that County Road Ventures LLC paid $1.3 million for a nearly 10 acre plot of land just off Goodrich Road. The deal will create 12 single-family home lots within the Spaulding Green subdivision.
The new Studio 182 holds a ribbon cutting tomorrow at 4pm at 182 Lake Avenue in the Village of Hamburg.
