Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - The five winners of last year's 43North startup competition are moving in to Seneca One Tower today. Companies like Cosi Care are coming all the way from London. Others, like Tukki.ai and Floe are moving in from Miami and New Haven, Connecticut.

Developer Timothy Jones is planning on building a three-story, mixed-use building at a vacant lot at the corner of Jefferson Avenue and Carlton Street in Buffalo. Jones' project will cost $2.1 million and will be anchored by six apartments on the building's second and third floors with retail space at ground level.

Trocaire College has hired Bill Sliwa as dean of enrollment management. Sliwa has over 20 years of experience in higher education.
