Upstate Niagara Cooperative received several honors recently at competitions. The cooperative took home 21 awards at the New York State Fair's Dairy Products Competition held in Syracuse earlier this month. At the World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Products Contest, Upstate Niagara Cooperative won First Place for its Ricotta Amalfi (Impastata) Cheese and Bison Cottage Cheese.
Viridi Parente is adding 70,000 square feet to its 120,000 square foot facility on Delavan Avenue. Business First reports the company is adding space for its laboratory, manufacturing and shipping.
