Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - OneDigital, a national insurance, financial services, and workforce consulting firm that was founded by Buffalo native Mike Sullivan is planning on expanding its presence locally after receiving a significant investment that the company says puts its value over $7 billion. OneDigital plans to use those new dollars to buy and partner with other insurance and financial firms across Buffalo and Upstate New York.
A four-bedroom, Victroian-style home at 81 Lexington Avenue in Buffalo's Delaware District that was built in 1880 has a new owner. According to the Erie County Clerk's office, the house sold for $710,000, $20,000 more than its original asking price.
Clarence-based company The Green Organization is proposing a 108-unit apartment complex on Dodge Road in Amherst. It doesn't have a name yet, though the project will include a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
