TSA installs shields at Niagara Falls International Airport

The TSA has installed new acrylic shields at the security checkpoint at Niagara Falls International Airport. It's part of the agency's continued efforts to implement initiatives to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

With 17 new cell sites in Erie and Niagara counties, AT&T and FirstNet subscribers should see improved mobile internet service.  The additions should enhance the area's 4G LTE coverage and give residents and first responders faster, more reliable wireless service.


The Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Awards are now accepting nominations for 2021.  The mission of the Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Association is to foster, promote and recognize ethical business practices in the Buffalo Niagara region.  Nominees will be accepted in three categories: small, medium and large sized businesses.  Nominations close March 12th.  They can be submitted at BuffaloBusinessEthics.org

The Community Action Organization of Western New York has made some leadership changes.  Chelsea White has been promoted to Executive Vice President & Chief of Education.  JoAnna Rozier-Johnson is now Vice President of Youth Services.  Deanne Montgomery will serve as Chief Financial Officer.  Tonya Kohlman-Hargrove has become Chief People Officer.
