Aside from giving the green light to Zephyr Investments for its marijuana production facility and other buildings at Buffalo Lakeside Commerce Park, the Buffalo Planning Board also approving a pair of projects for developer Doug Jemal. Business First reports Jemal's plan for parking at the Statler was okayed - as was his proposal to create a $45 million nine-story building with apartments out of a circular parking lot on Terrace Street.
