Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - There's some good news for Station Twelve in Amherst. According to the town's Building Department, athleticwear retailer FP Movement has plans to open in the plaza. A representative from WS Development, which owns Station Twelve, told the Buffalo News he expects a new store to open at the plaza by the end of spring or in the summer of 2026. The company also has plans to build three more retail buildings at the plaza despite struggling to fill the space that's currently available. WS Development purchased the plaza for $18.5 million ten years ago.
Former Buffalo Sabre Henri Jokiharju has sold his waterfront home for $1.075 million, according to Buffalo Business First. The townhome at 51 Ojibwa Circle in Buffalo had previously been owned by another former Sabre, Rasmus Ristolainen.
Gas went up 1 cent for the second week in a row in Buffalo, averaging $3.07 per gallon. The average went up across the state, too, with a gallon fetching $3.13.
