Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - The NFTA and FeedMore WNY's annual food drive saw record donations this year. 1,050 pounds of canned goods and non-perishables were donated, doubling the amount that was donated last year.
Pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer IMA Life North America has purchased land in Tonawanda as they prepare to build an 80,000 sq. ft. facility for nearly $2.3 million, per Buffalo Business First. The project is expected to create nearly thirty jobs.
Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield invested a total of $8.2 million in over 200 local non-profits in 2023. $6.5 million of that money came from Highmark's Blue Fund grant program.
