Northwest Bank will sell its insurance business to USI Insurance Services. Terms of that deal were not made public. The transaction is expected to close early in the second quarter of 2021.
Batavia Downs Gaming will extend its hours of operation on Monday, April 5th. On that date, Batavia Downs will be open from 8am until 1am Sunday through Thursday. The facility will be open from 8am until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.
Espresso Express opens Monday at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Hours of operation will be
weekdays from 7am to 5pm; weekends 9am to 2pm.
Picone Construction has begun interior renovations for the Buffalo Academy of Science Charter School. Work includes the conversion of an old monastery to a modern facility to be used as a campus learning space for students of the Charter School. The second floor of the facility will be completely reconfigured into 11 new classrooms along with three new bathrooms for both boys and girls.
