A Northwest Bank branch that closed in April in Cheektowaga has been sold. Business First reports Buffalo-based One Credit Union of New York paid $1.8 million for the building at 3517 Union Road.
In real estate news, an affiliate of KSL Diagnostics Inc. paid $5.35 million for a building at 55 Amherst Villa Drive in Cheektowaga. Business First noting the building had been owned by an affiliate owned by ADPRO Sports LLC. The deal works out as essentially a sale/leaseback transaction between KSL and ADPRO.
