The state Health Department has announced $658 million in state funding for 127 projects. Business First pointing out that more than $51 million will go toward a dozen Western New York projects. UPMC Chautauqua, formerly known as WCA Hospital, will get $29.8 million to expand and consolidate surgical services. $6.7 million is going to Endeavor Health.
Baschmann Services Inc., of Elma has been purchased by Albany-based Contractors Sales Co. Business First reports the buyer paid $2 million for the property on Maple Street. Baschmann Services sells, rents and repairs heavy duty construction equipment.
