Oishei Children's Hospital has submitted a Certificate of Need to the New York State Department of Health in order to open a new High Risk Maternity Unit. The hospital citing a significant rise in the number of newborn deliveries as the reason for the request. The estimated cost of the project is $6 million.
For an undisclosed price, Hunt Real Estate Corp. has acquired Procopio Real Estate of Syracuse. According to Business First, the Procopio agency has 52 agents and sold 705 properties last year totaling $130 million.
