The city of Buffalo is mulling the use of eminent domain to take control of neighboring vacant parcels in the Fillmore District. Business First reports the properties are owned by real estate investor Darryl Carr. The buildings at 110 and 118 South Park Avenue were purchased separately in 2009 and 2019 for a combined $550,000. The matter now goes before a State Supreme Court judge.

Chris Keller has been promoted to Executive Chef for Oliver's Restaurant.


Coffee & Stone Café plans to open this month at 54 Webster Street in North Tonawanda.  Business First noting that space was vacated last year by Spot Coffee.
