BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - The Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy has named Catie Stephenson as its new executive director. Stephenson has been with the Conservancy since 2017, most recently serving as chief development and communications officer. Stephenson begins in the position on January 2nd.
Canisius University's Women's Business Center will begin celebrating its 20th year of operation on Thursday. The year long celebration will include several events, including the Business Center's Annual Ignite Awards Luncheon in May.

The awards honor nine local businesses across small, mid-size and large business categories. This year's Business Ethics Awards take place Thursday, November 16th at Salvatore's Italian Gardens in Depew.
