Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - A pair of neighboring businesses with shared owners in the Elmwood Village have announced they'll be closing for good. Breezy Burrito Bar's last day in business will be Saturday, July 25th while The Beer Keep will close just days later on July 28th. Breezy opened 10 years ago, while The Beer Keep opened just 5 years ago.
Local manufacturer McGard is holding a drive-thru job fair Thursday, July 9th from 10am-2pm at its world headquarters at 3875 California Road in Orchard Park. Machine operator, assembly and other entry-level positions are available. The company makes security products, wheel locks and chrome-plated lug nuts.
National salon chain Radiant Waxing is holding a ribbon cutting Thursday morning for its first location in Western New York at 6011 Main Street in Williamsville. The building also houses Drybar Buffalo, another beauty shop that just opened in April.
