Paula's Donuts will be making a move from its Clarence location to a larger space in the Premier Plaza at 8010 Transit Road. Business First reports the move should happen by late May. Paula's has four locations in the area.
Also from Business First, Buffalo-based Cedarland Development Group has put the former Gateway Office Building on Lake Shore Road in Hamburg under contract for $3.9 million. The group has not announced its plans for the building.

Site Selection Magazine has again recognized Genesee County as the top performing micropolitan in the northeastern U.S. for business development. Genesee County ranked 7th in the nation among the 543 micropolitan communities of 10,000 to 50,000 residents in the Site Selection's Conway Projects Database.
