Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - After two years of zero progress, Heritage Point at Canalside has a new investor. Developer Nick Sinatra has reached a deal with the Pegula family to get work going once again on the $40 million multi-use project. Sinatra told Business First that the deal has been in the works for almost a year. The Pegulas own the adjacent Harborcenter and the Sabres are the primary tenants of the attached KeyBank Center. The project broke ground in 2021.
