Perry's Ice Cream Co. is going to add 20,000 square feet to its current facility in Akron in order to produce ice cream bars on a stick. Business First reports that once the expansion is done, Perry's will add 15 jobs to its workforce of 370.
Also from Business First, Carrier Terminal Services Inc. has completed the purchase of 21 buildings on four parcels on Vulcan Street in the Town of Tonawanda. Carrier, a Speed Global Services Inc. affiliate, plans to renovate the buildings into a warehouse and distribution hub for Speed Global's logistics services.
