Gold Wynn, a property management company has sold a 43 unit Buffalo apartment complex for $3.75 million, per Buffalo Business First. The property, located at 2 North Pearl Street, was purchased by YM Virginia LLC of Williamsville.
The Healing Grounds Café is now open at the site of the former Sweetness 7 at 220 Grant Street in Buffalo. Attached next door at 218 Grant is The Healing Grounds Sanctuary Space which will hold community meetings such as open mics, paint nights and yoga.
