In January, construction is expected to begin on the $92 million Pilgrim Village project in Buffalo. Business First reports a Miami firm bought the four acre property at Michigan Avenue and Best Street for $3.2 million from McGuire PV Holding L.P. Two buildings will be developed: one at 1100 Michigan and the other at 99 Best.
U-Haul has its new Southtowns location. Business First noting it has bought the former Twin Fair department store at 2970 Transit Road in West Seneca. The reported price - also $3.2 million.
