Pine Pharmaceuticals intends to expand its operations at Tonawanda's Riverview Solar Technology Park. The project hinges on incentives from the ECIDA and Excelsior Tax Credits through the Empire State Development Corporation. If those approvals are received, construction on the 50,000 square foot expansion is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021.
