Resurgence Brewing Company is growing, purchasing the Blackbird Cider Works Brand from Donovan Orchards LLC. As part of the deal, Resurgence may now make Blackbird Cider products in Buffalo. Donovan Orchards will also be able to continue operations of its Buffalo Cider Hall on Chandler Street.
Nichols School has bought back a house it sold almost 15 years ago, per Buffalo Business First. The home, which was purchased for nearly $2 million, lies on over an acre of land. The home was previously used to house faculty and staff.
Over 350 real estate transactions of more than $400,000 were completed in Erie County during the first quarter of 2023. According to research by Buffalo Business First, Amherst led the way with 82 deals of more than $400,000.
The national average for gasoline today is $3.54, down $.3 from last week.
