The Buffalo and Erie County Industrial Land Development Corporation has posted two Requests for Proposals. They are for the sale and development of two parcels of vacant land in Phase II of the new Renaissance Commerce Park in Lackawanna. Specifically, developers with large projects that need rail, port water-based transportation, process cooling or untreated water are being sought.
The Three Stories Coffee Co. has opened at 1021 Broadway in Buffalo. The small batch coffee roastery is a not-for-profit extension of 716 Ministries.
