Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - More national recognition for Roswell doctors, as Dr. Renier Brentjens recently gave a speech at an event for the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation. Dr. Brentjens previously won the organization's Clinical Investigator Award for his work studying immune cells. Dr. Brentjens also recently addressed The New York Academy of Sciences. Just last week Roswell's Dr. Sai Yendamuri was elected to the American Surgical Association.
Fredonia's historic White Inn has reopened after lying vacant for years. The building, which was built in 1868, underwent a multi-million dollar renovation that included the construction of upscale hotel rooms, a lounge and event space.
