The former Kmart at 2590 Military Road in Niagara Falls is getting a new lease on life. According to Business First, Granger Development Inc. plans to renovate the building into a climate-controlled, self-storage center. Granger paid $2.8 million for the property.

West Herr New York President and CEO Scott Bieler recently donated a fully furnished office building in Orchard Park to Essential Care for Children. Essential Care is a home-based palliative care program affiliated with Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo. The donation also included desks, chairs, and filing cabinets for the incoming staff.
