Santora's Pizza Pub & Grill is expanding its Transit Rd. location in Williamsville, adding a brewpub to the restaurant. The addition comes following the success of the the year-old Santora's 1927 Brew House at the chain's Walden Galleria location. Expect the brewery to be added in early Summer of 2022.
The top 20 real estate sales in Erie County totalled just under $232 million from November 2020 to the end of October 2021 according to the most recent data. The Hyatt Regency in Buffalo took the top prize for largest transaction, selling to Jemals Gennesse for just over $25 million. The Oxford Village Townhomes in Amherst placed second, selling for $20.5 million.
And Kelly Brannen, the CEO of Niacet Corp.. will be retiring following 35 years with the company. 75% of the company, which produces chemicals used in food, pharmaceuticals and feed, was sold to a private equity firm earlier this year.
