The grand re-opening for Shanor Electric Supplies and Showroom is underway. NOCO bought the business last year and has completely overhauled the residential lighting showroom at 3605 North Buffalo Road in Orchard Park.
Gold Wynn Residential USA based in Toronto has made an offer for a parking lot at Washington and East Mohawk streets. Business First reports Gold Wynn would then propose to build a 16 to 20 story apartment tower at the site with at least 200 apartments.
A second Clayton's Toy Store has opened at 1396 Hertel Avenue. It will be open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10am-6pm. The original location , which started out on Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo is now on Main Street in Williamsville.
KeyBank and First Niagara Foundation have awarded a $40,000 grant to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. The grant is for use toward replacement of the cooling tower that serves the Mary C. Dyster Women's Pavilion.
