The national average price for a gallon of gas is now priced at $3.86, which is 6 cents less than a week ago as drivers continue to see relief at the pump for summer travels. Last year a gallon of gas was priced at $3.19 a gallon.
The Kenmore Village Improvement Society (KVIS) is inviting community members to attend its Monthly Society Meeting on July 13 at 7 pm at 7 Warren Avenue in Kenmore. The meeting will provide an opportunity to learn about and sign up to help with upcoming Kenmore Village Improvement Society events and initiatives, as well as to share ideas and hear updates about projects taking place throughout the village.
Celebration for America's 250 kicks off in the Town of Clarence tonight at the Clarence Main Street town park. Festivities will start at 4:00 PM with tons of entertainment including music, inflatable's and yard games as fireworks will start come dusk time.
