Louie's Foot Long Hot Dogs will reopen in April. Business First reporting that Aaron LaMarca bought the business from his cousins last year. The hot dog stand has been in operation since 1947 at 69 Grand Island Boulevard in Tonanwanda.
Niagara County's Industrial Development Agency has voted to implement a six-month moratorium on tax breaks for proposed solar farms. Business First says the NCIDA is concerned about return on investment and believes that county tax breaks duplicate financial incentives offered by the state.
