Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - The former William K's restaurant on Buffalo's waterfront is now Sully's Chowder House, serving New England-style seafood dishes. The restaurant opens with the start of the season for Harbor Walk Buffalo at Erie Basin Marina this Friday afternoon at 5. Sully's Harbor Bar, Sully's Grill and Scarlet's - Peace, Love & Ice Cream are all returning for the season.
UB is hosting an Open House-Career Fair for campus dining positions Thursday afternoon from 4-6 at Crossroads Culinary Center on the school's North Campus. Positions at both campuses are available, including sous chefs, bakers, line cooks, baristas and more. One-on-one interviews will be available, along with cooking demos and tours.
An event sponsored by Coca-Cola is bringing the FIFA World Cup trophy to KeyBank Center next Thursday afternoon, May 28th from 4-8. Buffalo is one of 75 cities where the trophy will be on display.
