Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd. is investing $122 million into its Tonawanda plant. A company release says the investment solidifies technological manufacturing capabilities for decades to come and enables the plant to supply more environmentally friendly, fuel efficient and high-performance products. The move will result in additional jobs at the plant.
