Sumitomo Rubber USA LLC has plans to add to its complex on Sheridan Drive in Tonawanda. Sumitomo filing for a $22 million project. Business First reports the new 60,000-square-foot building will house tire production equipment and curing presses. This new project is part of a larger $122 million upgrade of the tire production facility that has already been approved.
