Three Western New York nonprofit senior care providers have joined forces to form Lineage Group. Niagara Lutheran Health System, Schofield Care and Lutheran Jamestown have created this unique strategic alliance in order to to improve the quality and clinical scope of senior care in the area It also aims to strengthen all three organizations and position them for future growth.
Wetzl Development LLC of Hamburg is bringing plans before Hamburg officials for a 156-unit, market-rate apartment complex. According to Business First, the complex would be on 16 acres off Big Tree Road and McKinley Parkway. Company president Glen Wetzl says construction on the $25 million project could begin this coming year, but most likely won't begin until early 2022.
Also from Business First, Jared Hojnacki purchased 13 South Buffalo homes at the end of last year. The deals, through his investment group JECO2 LLC, totaled $1,472,609. Hojnacki says his intention is to fix and renovate the houses, not flip them for a higher return.
