KeyBank Center has signed on with Ticketmaster, making it the official marketplace of the Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bandits. Ticketmaster will also handle ticketing to concerts and other special events at the arena. Fans will also have easier access to digital tickets, with the ability to buy and transfer them to friends or family.
McGuire Development Company has purchased Atrium West, a commercial property in Sunrise, Florida. It's the first Florida purchase for McGuire, which will provide leasing services for the property. Terms of the deal were not publicly announced.
Uniland Development Co. has bought the former Buffalo Hotel Supply Co. Inc. headquarters and warehouse. Business First reports Uniland paid $2.55 million for the property in Amherst's Audubon Industrial Park.
