At a cost of $2.4 million, TM Montante plans to renovate a medical office property at 50 Gates Circle into a mixed-use development. Business First reports the project would create 12 one-bedroom apartments with space for therapist offices.
Also from Business First, Buffalo Renaissance Properties has purchased a 12-unit apartment building at 538 Linwood Avenue in Buffalo for $1.2 million. The real estate development company will renovate those units, making them market-rate apartments.
