Former Sabres' owner Tom Golisano is opening a business school in Rochester. According to Business First, The Golisano Institute for Business & Entrepreneurship is a not-for-profit two-year certificate program focused on business. The school is set to open this fall at 150 Sawgrass Drive in Rochester.
Nominations are now being accepted for the 2023 Business Ethics Awards. It's open to businesses in the eight western counties of New York with at least five employees. Nominate a company you admire or self-nominate your own company. Financial services firms and non-profits are not eligible. 24 awards for Crowley Webb recently at Buffalo's American Advertising Awards. The agency snared three golds for its Football Brings Us Together campaign for M&T Bank. Chief creative officer Matt Low of Crowley Webb received the Levy-Osborn award, recognizing the achievements of one person over an extended period of time.
