Artisan cracker manufacturer Top Seedz will be moving from Cheektowaga to Buffalo. Empire State Development announcing Top Seedz will operate from a 34,000 square-foot facility at 101 Oak Street. The company will add 20 jobs to its current work staff of 28.
Business First notes The Green Organization has bought two apartment complexes in Amherst for $13.35 million. Those complexes are the 75-unit Forest Village Apartments on North Forest Road and the 28-unit Williamsville Commons apartments. Those deals give the Green Organization a local portfolio of more than 700 apartments.
Denver-based car wash operator GO Car Wash Management Company is still working on transforming the 14 Royal Car Wash sites it recently acquired in the Buffalo and Rochester markets. Business First reports the company is planning to expand its regional reach with another 32 more car wash locations by 2025. 11 of those would be in Erie and Niagara counties.
