Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Tops parent company Northeast Grocery and New York State Industries for the Disabled have announced a partnership that will expand job opportunities for people with disabilities. It's the first partnership of its kind in the private sector. At least 20 jobs will be created under the new partnership, and a planned expansion of the deal would see individuals with autism create apparel for Northeast Grocery companies.
Key Private Bank, a division of KeyBank, has named Kyle Morgan as Senior Vice President, Market Leader for Buffalo. Morgan will be in charge of attracting new wealthy clients to the bank's investment management and fiduciary services. Morgan has been with Key Private Bank since 2018.
Delta Sonic has teamed up with Buffalo Bills offensive lineman Dion Dawkins' foundation, Dion's Dreamers, to gather school supplies for The Teacher's Desk. From now until August 23rd donations of pencils, binders, tissues, books and more can be made at any Buffalo or Niagara Falls Delta Sonic location. The Teacher's Desk provides free school supplies for teachers in 250 schools throughout Western New York.
