Trocaire College and Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center have partnered to launch the Roswell Scholars program. Beginning in the Fall of 2022, 10 Trocaire students will be accepted into the program each year to work onsite at the cancer center with Roswell Park staff. There, they will learn about potential career paths with the goal of being hired upon completion of their degree. Roswell Park will provide mentors and shadow days, as well as professional development seminars to these students on an annual basis.
Neighborhood Health Center's fifth Western New York location has opened at 1569 Niagara near Forest in Buffalo. Services there include primary care, pediatrics, OB-GYN, dentistry, and an on-site pharmacy.
The Auxiliary of Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center has donated $25,000 to the Medical Center's MRI campaign. Memorial is raising funds to acquire a 3T Magnetic Resonance Imaging unit.
