This year's list of Largest General Contractors in Buffalo has been topped by Turner Construction Company per Buffalo Business First, bringing in more than $124 million from various projects so far. Wendel Construction is 2nd with $94 million generated, followed by RP Oak Hill Building Company.
A new lifestyle boutique that includes a cocktail bar is coming to Williamsville, with construction already underway. Brand Bar is set to open at the former location of Pier 1 at 8420 Transit Road. The boutique is expected to hire around 30 people.
And Pilot Light Pub will be closing down on May 21st, citing debt as the reason for shutting down operations. The pub had been located at 8557 North Main Street in Eden.
