The latest U-Haul Growth Index shows more people were leaving New York State than arriving in 2021. By percentage it wasn't much of a difference - 50.2% to 49.8%. As for Buffalo, U-Haul said 50.1% of movers were arrivals to the area, which it among notable net-gain cities in New York state.
From Business First - Middleport's Sunset Drive-In is for sale. Asking price is $1.5 million. The drive-in has three screens and an attached restaurant. It's been operated since 1950 by two generations of the Stornelli family, with current operators Mario and Denise looking to retire.
