Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - UB has broken ground on Russell L. Agrusa Hall, a new engineering building at the University's North Campus. Construction of the building will cost around $111 million. UB received $68 million from the state for the project. 7,500 students are enrolled in UB's School of Engineering and Applied Science, up 46% from 2013.

Local restaurateur Russell Salvatore is facing more accusations from a former female bartender that had previously filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Salvatore. According to Buffalo Business First, the amended complaint includes wage and hour violations. Salvatore has until October 11th to respond or file a motion to dismiss.

West Seneca's Market in the Square kicked off its 25th anniversary celebration yesterday with a ceremonial cake and ribbon cutting. To mark the milestone, The Market will draw two winners, one from its West Seneca store and another from its North Tonawanda store, to win five free dinners for 25 weeks. More promotions will be announced throughout the remainder of the year.
