Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Resident dentists at UB have voted to unionize, following in the footsteps of UB's resident doctors that secured a union contract last month. Dental residents are calling for improved staffing, salaries and benefits on par with medical residents, and training that meets Commission on Dental Accredidation requirements.
